The other afternoon my dad had been up here putting something in for us and when he left this was the conversation between Tyler and me....
Tyler: Mommy, when I am going to get a mommy and daddy like your mommy and daddy?
Me: (with surprise in my eyes) What do you mean? You have a mommy and daddy..
Tyler: I know... but when am I going to get one like you have?
Me: You have a mommy and daddy now.
Tyler: I know... but when I get older do I get one like you have?
Me: I don't think so Tyler. You have us forever!
Tyler: OK. Can I go outside now?
We are still not sure what he was talking about... my gut tells me that he was talking about when I am going to get parents that spoil me and let me do things you will not let me do.. Who knows.. but aren't conversations with five year olds interesting!

Isn't it fun to have a quick and easy way to keep track of those hilarious conversations? I love blogging! By the way, your new background is neat. I like it!
Sorry I missed you in Chattanooga last weekend. I knew with Karen and Tom being there, too, I wouldn't have any spare time for visits. Maybe next time!!
